What area do you cover?
We cover all areas of the UK including Wales, England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. We also do removals to and from Ireland.
Do I need to unpack my chest of drawers?
If the unit is sturdy enough, you may leave light items such as clothing and bedding inside. However, please remove any books, magazines, and breakable items. Self-assembly furniture is not suited to being moved with contents, so this type of furniture must be completely empty before being relocated.
Do you dismantle and re-assemble?
Unless previously agreed upon during the quotation stage, all items requiring dismantling must be dismantled and ready to move before our arrival. If such arrangements are made during the quotation stage, our staff will undertake the dismantling and reassembly to the best of their ability. It is crucial that we are informed of these requirements at the quotation stage to ensure the necessary resources and equipment are available.
Will my valuable goods be protected?
Yes, we use specialised covers for sofas, televisions, pictures, mattresses, banisters, and carpets. Additionally, our vehicles are equipped with hundreds of industry-standard protective blankets to ensure thorough protection.
